The Alviks Strand office is located in Bromma's first industrial building from 1899 - today a
bright, modern office environment with a preserved industrial feel. The building is located right on the waterfront,
just 20 meters from the shuttle boat dock. See our other office hotels in Stockholm.
The building has an industrial character with 3-5 meters in ceiling height, large windows and
generous amount of light. The premises are airy and have a modern but understated
interior style - representative without feeling opulent.
Our offices are located on floors 5 and 6, with an elevator directly from the garage.
It is easy to get here by metro, subway, bus, bicycle, electric scooter or
shuttle boat. The pier is right outside the house. The subway also goes directly to
Bromma Blocks and the airport in 5 minutes.
Yes, there is a garage in the building. Parking space costs SEK 1,350/month. Charging point available
(3 kWh) and costs around SEK 3 000/month.
Yes, a well-equipped bike room with pump and tools is available. We also have shower facilities
for bicycle commuters.
Yes, the commuter card for the boat is included in the rent. It is a popular option for smooth and
beautiful commute - perfect even for an after work in the city.
