The Globen office is located next to Globen and Globen Shopping, on Arenavägen 41 on the 12th floor. The view, from a height of 50 meters, stretches for miles and offers a fantastic view of Stockholm. At the Office, an art exhibition is held continuously, where the art is changed quarterly. In connection with this, we also invite you and your customers to a vernissage. For the sake of the community, and for positive networking, we also offer fall, Christmas and spring parties. We also offer joint breakfasts and events such as AW and mingle.
Globen Shopping has a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafés. A number of fitness centers, including SATS, are located right next to the office. The communications are excellent; both in terms of car, subway, tram, bus or if you prefer bicycle. Globen Shopping offers two hours of free parking and there is also the possibility of parking space both in Globen Shopping and garage from the City of Stockholm. Globen Shopping's garage is reached by elevator directly from the Globen Office.
The subway and the tram are right next to the office and T-centralen and the city can be reached in just 11 minutes. If you prefer to cycle, Södermalm can also be reached in about 10 minutes.

The office is a family-owned business that has been operating since 1996 office hotels in Stockholm. We
is located at four addresses: Nybroviken, Globen, Solna Centrum and Alviks Strand.
We offer personalized service, long-term relationships and flexible solutions. Our goal is
to create a workplace where businesses can grow and feel at home - without
standardized concepts or mass solutions.
The Globen office is located at the top of the building at Arenavägen 41, overlooking
Stockholm and the south.
It is easy to get here by metro, subway or bus. Travel time from
Stockholm C is about 11 minutes.
At Kontoret Globen, it is possible to rent a parking space in the parking garage directly adjacent to the property, with easy access up to the office. The parking garage also offers free customer parking for guests and visitors, which makes it easy for customers and partners to park in connection with meetings.
We offer private office rooms between 10 and 30 m2, all with windows and views.
The rooms can be furnished and adapted to your needs.
Private rooms include access to all common areas and a membership
with 24/7 access. Additional memberships can be added for an extra monthly fee.
3,300/month (excluding VAT). This gives access to all facilities except a private
Office.
Each person needs a separate membership. Extra memberships can be added for 1

No, no deposit is required. Instead, we charge three months' rent in advance.
